About
Family Doctor and GP with Special Interest in Dermatology
Matt is an experienced and approachable GP with a passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of his patients.
He is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (specialist GP) and has over 15 years’ experience as a GP, and 20 years as a doctor.
Since 2008 he has practised in city and regional locations across Australia before deciding to settle in Brisbane earlier this year.
He is passionate about all aspects of health, but has particular interest in mental health (including being an ACT therapist himself).
He is proud to operate his medical practice from The Barracks after spending 10 years in Cairns at a local general practice with a Special Interest in Dermatology at Cairns Hospital.
He is passionate about keeping up to date with the latest medical advances to ensure his patients get the very best available treatment and care.
Matt is a proud ‘Doctor Who’ fan who always appreciates a good book, a nice red or a run along the river, and he adores his family.
